Bayan Group brings its nine brands together under one group

Bayan Group now runs nine brands across five sectors, giving clients one relationship for work that used to need several suppliers.

In short: Bayan Group now operates nine brands across five sectors: technology and AI, education and learning, language solutions, business and management consulting, and real estate. The structure formalizes how the group has worked in practice for years and gives clients one relationship in place of five.

Why the structure changed

Bayan started in 2003 as a translation studio in Cairo. What came next followed a pattern more than a plan. A client would arrive with a language problem, and once it was solved they would ask about the system the documents lived in, then about the team that had to use it, then about the process around both.

Answering those questions well meant building capability in-house instead of referring the work elsewhere. Over two decades, that produced a set of specialist businesses that shared clients, standards and, increasingly, projects. The group structure announced today puts a name to what was already happening.

The five sectors

SectorBrandsFocus
Technology & AIBayan TechnologyERP and CRM delivery, custom development, automation
Education & LearningVali Institute, IFLAPAccredited training and professional development
Language SolutionsBayan Translation, McLingo, ZEDCertified translation, language technology, localization and BPO
Business & Management ConsultingOrdovexa, GBNOperating models, governance, transformation
Real EstateMajan PropertiesProperty investment and advisory in Oman

What it means for clients

Most of the value sits where the services meet. A localization program that needs certified legal translation for its contracts, an ERP rollout that needs a training program to follow it, or a governance review that turns into a systems project once required three suppliers and a coordination problem. Today each one starts with a single conversation.

The specialist brands keep their own teams, standards and accreditations. ISO 17100 and ISO 9001 continue to govern the language work, and the technology practice remains a certified partner for both Zoho and Odoo. The group structure above them leaves delivery standards untouched.

Where the group operates

Headquarters remain in Cairo, with offices in Muscat and in St. Petersburg, Florida. Together they serve clients in more than 40 countries, supported by a team that spans sixty-nine nationalities. That mix matters a great deal when the work depends on getting register and cultural references right.

What happens next

Several of the brands are actively expanding. Vali Institute is broadening its accredited catalog, Ordovexa is taking on governance mandates across the Gulf, and Majan Properties continues to grow its advisory book in Oman. Separate announcements on each will follow.

The full brand map is on the Sectors & Brands page. What each sector delivers is listed under Services, and recent work is in the Portfolio.
